Safeview Auto Glass

I had two nicks in my windshield — one the size of a dime and another smaller with a starburst — and knew I needed to get them repaired before they turned into a windshield replacement. State Farm no longer covers such preemptive repairs, so I started searching for the TV-ad SafeLite locations near me and found the local Austin competitor — *Safeview Auto Glass* —  in Round Rock. I left a message and Mike actually called me back and we set an appointment for him to do the repairs in a Round Rock parking lot while I took another appointment. Mike was responsive and kept in touch before the repair. When his schedule got jammed, he called to apologize and could he just reschedule in my carport at my home in Taylor? Uh, yeah. No trip charge, and he was friendly and on time and not only repaired the two nicks but literally made the small starburst disappear and the larger one look like a faint insect smudge. Awesome job at a very reasonable price. Go with the local team and save money compared to the national brand's higher prices. You will be glad you did. I can see why the Round Rock Safeview got a 4.9 review; Mike gets 5 stars.

What a Great Company to deal with. Called Mike this morning and it was all done by 1:00. I will recommend to all who ask for this service.

Someone shattered one of the rear windows on my truck while I was out of town. I currently live out in Lago Vista, so I searched for businesses that would serve the area, and stumbled upon Safeview Auto Glass. From the get go, it was nice for my call to be answered by a human by the name of Mike. After receiving my quote, which was the lowest price of the competition, I called the next day to book an appointment. Mike promptly showed up at my residence on a Saturday morning, actually earlier than expected, which was great. Mike completed the work, including vacuuming up the shattered glass that still littered the back seat, in under an hour, and the quality was above expectations! I truly appreciate the great work and professionalism that I received and highly recommend if you need auto glass services.

Michael was fantastic and totally professional. We made an appointment for glass replacement on a truck on October 11, he came out the next day on October 12, and completed the job very quickly. He was very well priced, straightforward, and honest about the process. I’m already planning on having him replace a cracked windshield on a small RV.
